Current status
Actively being built. Not yet generally available — we are onboarding a small number of early partners who want to shape it.
HRMS and Payroll is the product we are building first and the one receiving the most engineering time. It covers the operational core of a people function — records, attendance, leave and pay — for companies that have outgrown spreadsheets but do not want an enterprise implementation project.
Who it is for: Small and mid-sized companies running HR on spreadsheets and a payroll provider that does not talk to anything else.
Planned capabilities

Employee records
A single record per employee covering contract, role history, documents and reporting line, with a change history you can audit.
Attendance and leave
Configurable leave types and accrual rules, approval chains, and holiday calendars that reflect where people actually work.
Payroll runs
Structured earnings and deductions, a reviewable draft before anything is committed, and payslip generation.
Self-service
Employees update their own details, request leave and retrieve payslips, instead of routing everything through one overloaded inbox.
Reporting
Headcount, cost and absence reporting that exports cleanly for finance rather than trapping data behind a dashboard.
Access control
Role-based permissions and audit logging, because HR data is the most sensitive dataset most companies hold.
