Cosmiqube Digital Twin for factory and industrial lines

A live model of the production line, for testing a change before it reaches the floor.

Planned

Current status

On the roadmap and specified, but not yet in development. Nothing is available to use or buy today.

A digital twin of a factory line: a model kept in step with real machine data, so a scheduling or layout change can be evaluated against it before anyone commits to it on the floor. In planning. It is designed to consume data from our MES and production monitoring products rather than to collect its own.

Who it is for: Manufacturers planning line changes, capacity increases or new product introductions on instrumented lines.

Planned capabilities

What we intend to build. These describe design intent, not shipped functionality.

Line model

Stations, buffers, routes and cycle times represented as a simulatable model.

Live synchronisation

The model tracks real machine state, so it reflects the line as it is running.

Throughput simulation

What-if runs for shift patterns, batch sizes and product mix.

Bottleneck analysis

Where capacity is actually lost, separated from where it appears to be lost.

Scenario comparison

Side-by-side results for proposed changes, with the assumptions stated.
